Frank brought a practice kite-surf kite. We didn't have a lot of room to fly it.

Paul, Max, Evan and I slept on the beach the second night. The Milky Way was easily visible. There's no artificial source of light anywhere nearby.

All good things must end. Here's Paul departing in his kayak. Better weather for the journey home, for him.

We had no wind when we left, so we paddled for about 1/3 of a mile. The boat paddles easily, so we didn't mind. We dove off it and went swimming for a bit. Fun to do that and then climb back aboard. Strangley, the wind then came up out of the south and we headed downwind back to our original launch point. Frank at the helm here.
